All Pilates classes are taught by a qualified Physiotherapist and are great way to get active following injury, surgery, back pain or for general toning and improving strength and condition.

After completing a sports science degree in 2007, Aimee began training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) as a Physiotherapy student. Aimee has since has completed mat work Pilates level 1-3, neuro Pilates, reformer on the mat and Pilates reformer series level 1-3.

Pilates is an excellent form of exercise and can be taught 1 to 1 or as part of a small class size of 6-8 to tailor to individual needs.

Pilates is great for back pain or any biomechanical weakness as it allows you to focus on control and movement targeting deep core muscles through controlled movements. Pilate can be taken from low level mat work to high level sport specific exercise on the mat and reformer and can be tailored to suit anyone at any level of fitness.
